Simon and Jodie Bixley started Signature Homes Nelson Tasman in 2009 and from humble beginnings, have grown the business to the point where it has established itself as one of the premiere residential building companies in the Region.

With the business on a strong growth trajectory, Simon and Jodie recognised the need to bring additional resource and expertise to the team and in 2021, Shane and Louise Trench joined with Simon and Jodie, investing in the business as co-owners.

Simon and Shane are hands-on, operationally involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Louise and Jodie take care of all things H&S and interior design for our showhomes. This is a real team effort.

Simon has been involved in the residential construction sector for nearly three decades, an expert in the design of homes, maximising our clients section functionality, sales expertise and finance/funding for your next project.

Shane has an extensive background in commercial and residential construction, property investment and company governance. Starting life in a family-owned home building company in Ireland, after finishing his degree, he worked in various places overseas in the commercial construction sector.
