Carl has worked for Signature Homes for over 9 years. Started off as a Project Manager, he then moved into the role of the New Home Consultant as he found a passion in guiding clients in the planning and designing of their home. Whilst also being a qualified landscaper, he has a creative vision that helps clients visualise the end product. Having built his own home with Signature Homes, he understands all facets of construction and the quality we provide. Providing premium quality at a great price, Carl is proud of our great team and robust systems that provide direction on the building process.
Driven to deliver to for his clients, Carl believes building a new home should be exciting, transparent with open communication and most importantly, easy. He understands individual client requirements and needs, and builds relationships based on trust and confidence. He has the home design software to design your home in person. Happy to move at his client’s pace and provide guidance on every step of their journey is of utmost importance.
In his spare time, his hobbies include playing golf and working with his hands getting creative and creating some masterpieces. Whether it’s your first home, investment home or dream home… Carl can help you every step of the way.
Dennis Hunt
New Home Consultant
Dennis moved back to the Waikato from Melbourne after finishing up with his roofing business. Looking for the next steps in his career path. He started working for Signature Homes. Now he has been in his role as a New Home Consultant for 4 years, he has found a tremendous amount of fulfilment in working with clients to plan and design their Signature Home.
He understands how important building a new home is and is very passionate about making the process easy and enjoyable for his clients. Transparency, honesty, exceptional communication and reliability are key values that Dennis brings to the table when he is building relationships and ensuring he is providing the best service to his clients.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, watching the rugby and spending time with friends and family. Personable with a constant positive energy, Dennis looks forward to meeting all clients and assisting them with designing their future home.

Ally Huddart
New Home Consultant
Ally discovered her passion for building new homes when she moved back to New Zealand and built a family home after twelve years of living overseas in Sydney, Northern England, and Ethiopia. She experienced first-hand the design and consultation process and then the exciting stages of the build itself from pad down to frames up, through to choosing tiles and tapware, all culminating in a beautiful, finished product one calls home.
Ally understands that building a new home is a significant financial and emotional investment and believes the build journey should be rewarding and stress-free. She achieves this by developing trust through listening thoroughly to her client’s needs, whilst ensuring transparent and honest communication every step of the way. She is a strong advocate for her clients, determined to deliver every client their ‘dream home.’
Outside of work, Ally has a busy family life with three young daughters. She enjoys pilates, mountain biking and swimming. Her and her husband love travelling and allowing the girls to experience new cultures. Friendly yet professional, Ally is excited to meet with all clients to help realise their vision for their future home

Claires love of building was born after completing numerous renovations on older homes. After she had her first new build experience, renovations on old homes became a thing of the past, and working with superior products, creative designs to suit kiwi lifestyles, and watching a new build emerge from bare land to completion became the new love. Claire enjoys working with our clients to ensure they have a journey which is enjoyable, as stress free as possible, and exceeds their expectations in every way. Claires background in new home sales, kitchen design and interior design, has helped achieve her goals of delivering homes clients are truly proud of.
