Kieran Magill
New Home Consultant
Kieran is a qualified builder with over 10 years experience. He has spent time working in many sectors within the construction industry. Kieran has worked on a huge range of projects; from building homes, renovations and extensions to two years living and building cow sheds in the United Kingdom. He has also worked on the construction of movie sets, including the ‘Hobbit’ movie and spent time in the mining sector in Australia. Kieran has a large and vast knowledge of the industry which he has developed over a wide range of projects.
After travelling abroad and working in different environments, Kieran realised he would love to share his passion for building new homes. Working with customers to design and build their dream home allows him to do just that.
Now settled back in his home town with his partner Ashleigh, he is excited about his new career. Kieran has a friendly, kind and honest nature; always willing to go the extra mile. He believes that clear communication and mutual understanding is key to building a great working relationship.

Grant l'Ami
New Home Consultant
Grant was born and bred in Taranaki and returned home in 2009 after five year stints in both Dunedin and London. He has been involved in construction for most of his working life, this has included a huge array of projects ranging from building supplies to construction and fabrication experience both here and abroad. Most recently Grant worked for Carters (a key supplier for Signature Homes), where he was Store Services Manager.
As well as in-depth product knowledge and insight into the local building industry, Grant also has staff management skills and knowledge of the importance of excellent customer service which he brings to the design and build of your home. Grant also has a passion for renovations and enjoys seeing the design come to life, this has given him sound appreciation of the importance of structured planning and organisation. With the birth of his daughter, renovations are now working to a slightly longer timeframe!
Grant comes from a sporting family and has represented New Zealand in Indoor Bowls. He has captained the team since 2013 and draws similarities between management styles: ‘At the end of the day it’s all about the people, and about doing my part to ensure a harmonious environment with open communication, because this is what promotes optimal performance.’
With his open and friendly nature, Grant is wonderful asset to the Signature Homes team and is committed to providing an honest and transparent service to his clients. He is excited to guide you and accompany you on your homebuilding journey.
Stephanie Wood
New Home Consultant
Stephanie was a New Home Consultant with Signature Homes from 2014 to 2021, and has rejoined the team. Since completing her studies in Christchurch, she has gained a lot of skills and education in interior decorating, art and design there and in Auckland.
Stephanie has a great passion, broad experience and product knowledge from working in the interior and building industry. She has been involved in the furniture, bathroomware, lighting design and paint industries. Having worked with different trades and clientele, she firmly believes that building a rapport is important, and this is achieved by good understanding, familiarity, trust and communication. Stephanie absolutely enjoys guiding her clients through the design and build process from start to finish, with the support from our team.
