Ben Wheeler, the Director at Signature Homes Papakura & Franklin, brings a wealth of experience to the forefront. With a rich background in executive roles at Lion and 2degrees, Ben has honed his expertise in general management, sales, marketing, and team leadership.
Ben's passion for the building industry comes from his hands-on experience – having collaborated on three new build projects and skilfully managed a property investment portfolio for over two decades. He is committed to revolutionising the home-building industry and making it the most exciting investment.

Ben has called Auckland home for the past 21 years. Ben's roots trace back to Wellington, and his life journey includes four enriching years spent travelling overseas. In his downtime, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Kerry and their two children, Jack and Grace.

With over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have a background in helping clients through the build process from a Lending and Insurance perspective. I have a passion for guiding clients through the build process becoming their trusted build adviser and creating a new home aligned to their lifestyle and aspirations.
My goal is to make the build journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible, guiding and supporting clients from the design stage, right through to handing over the keys to their new dream home or investment property.
Having a young family keeps me busy at home but it also helps to relate to young families going through the build journey understanding what’s important to them and knowing what they need in their homes to suit a busy growing family. I pride myself on being a great communicator, with the ability to take complex ideas and communicate them in a simple, no-nonsense way, removing jargon and providing a level of care that's above and beyond the norm.The nature of my work is very important to me because I enjoy doing things that will potentially change someone's life. Designing and building a clients dream home will most likely be the greatest financial decision they will ever make. So, guiding and supporting them through the process can be incredibly rewarding and gives me a great sense of purpose in the work I do.

Tamsin's passion for the construction industry has largely been inspired by a love of architecture and interior design before being cemented through the process of building her own home.
After completing a Bachelor of Business degree with AUT, her career path initially lead her into the media industry. As an Account Manager, Tamsin gained skills in building solid relationships and further developed her customer and solution focussed approach. Her desire to shift her career towards her passions led her to Signature Homes.
